Central Florida crushed numbers of travelers last year. According to Visit Orlando, last year the number of visitors between vacation and business travelers were in the range of 75 million, that means $70 billion dollars into this economy.

The reason is for this massive avalanche of tourist are new world class attractions, major theme parks and a warm weather.

Orlando area has 125,000 hotel rooms, second only for Las Vegas. Market is hot for short term rentals, lease for long term rental are high, an investment property could yield a nice 12% annual revenue or more in this market.

Most of the short term rentals are booked through december.
